ORDER

Our shop is open 24 hours a day. Any order is considered final once it has been paid for. After placing your order, we send an e-mail with a summary of the items ordered and the delivery address.

Groupe Pashmina France undertakes to honour orders received on the website only within the limits of available stocks, in the event of an absent sweater the company will offer you another more expensive product at the same price.

Prices are expressed in euros including VAT. Groupe Pashmina France Paris reserves the right to modify them in the event of an increase in charges, in particular the VAT rate, and in the event of an obvious error.

In some cases, such as non-payment, incorrect address or other problems on the user's account, Groupe Pashmina France reserves the right to block the user's order until the problem is resolved.

DELIVERY

Packages are shipped to France, the European Union, Monaco and the French Overseas Departments and Territories. We strive to deliver as soon as possible, as per our stock status. Shipping costs are free for any delivery in metropolitan France as well as for any order greater than or equal to 49€ for other countries.

Unless in the case of a refund, the costs are no longer covered. An express delivery is possible, a supplement will then be added to the amount of your order.

EXCHANGE AND REFUND CONDITIONS

SALES TO INDIVIDUALS

The customer has a period of 15 calendar days, from the receipt of the package, to exercise his right of withdrawal without having to justify reasons or pay penalties, with the exception, if necessary, of the return costs.

When the 15-day period expires on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday or non-working day, it is extended until the next working day.

In case of abnormal or abusive returns, Groupe Pashmina France reserves the right to refuse a subsequent order.

EXCHANGE VIA THE WEBSITE

Groupe Pashmina France guarantees you a very high quality product. All our articles are checked according to very strict quality criteria before each shipment.

Each item is a unique piece and we treat it as such. However, if we have missed a defect, please contact us no later than 30 working days after receipt. After validation by our sales department, your item will then be exchanged free of charge.

If you wish to exchange your item for a reason of comfort (other color, other shape...), you have the possibility to make this exchange during a period of 6 months after the date of purchase. Exchanges are allowed for discounted products and free of charge in store.

We ask you to contact us in advance and specify the nature of the return. The customer must return the goods in registered parcels to ensure delivery of the goods. For all products that are exchanged, the shipping costs are to be borne by the sender. No administrative costs are required. Packages not sent by registered mail cannot be the subject of any claim if it has not been received by the shipping department.

RETURN ADDRESS

Groupe Pashmina France, 32 rue Croix des Petits Champs   ONLY ON RECOMMENDATION In the case of a deposit of the articles in stores by the Internet customer for a refund he will be charged the sum of €20 in order to re-send to the deposit to check the articles.

IN-STORE EXCHANGE

All our items purchased on the internet are exchangeable in our stores. The exchange is free if it is the same model. If not, contact the store (see Our stores section).

REFUNDS

Groupe Pashmina France undertakes to take back all orders from its customers within 14 days of the delivery date of the package. The refund is made on the 15th of each month by our accounting department and always refunded the following month. For a shipment received on the 12th, the customer will have to wait until the 15th of the following month.

The customer must return the goods in registered parcels to ensure delivery of the goods. Groupe Pashmina France does not refund any goods not received. In addition, it must be new and complete (If there is any doubt, the goods will be returned to the customer.

The return shipping costs are to be borne by the customer, they may not appear on the invoice or under the name offered in the case of a return for refund an amount of €10 will be deducted for the payment of shipping costs. 

Refunds are made by cheque or CB refund, if payment was made by credit card or cheque.


No refund can be made at Hermine Cachemire stores.

PROFESSIONAL SALES

CANCELLATION OF A NON-PERSONALIZED ORDER

The products come from Asia, so we are confronted with manufacturing, transport and customs delays as well as postal delivery. So the delivery times are + or - 10 days. The product is a special custom-made manufacture and in the case of a cancellation, customers are charged a fee of 50% of the value of the product (machine calibration, manufacture of a specific bath for color, DHL shipping costs). For the order on catalogue of a product which is not in stock and which costs €100, a compensation of €50 will be charged.

RETURN AND REFUND OF A NON-PERSONALIZED ORDER

If the item ordered has already been sent to the customer, Hermine de Pashmina undertakes to take back all orders from its corporate customers within 365 days.

The refund is made on the 15th of each month by our accounting department. For a shipment received on the 16th, the person will have to wait until the 15th of the following month. The goods received will be repacked for other customers, the cost of verification and repackaging is 10% of the total amount of returns for the entire range.

PERSONALIZED ORDER

No returns will be accepted. Hermine Kashmir cannot resell pashmina embroidered in the name of a company or brand.

ACCEPTED PAYMENT TERMS AND PAYMENT CONDITIONS

  • By credit card (Visa, Mastercard, CB)

You indicate the card number, its expiry date and the name of its holder. For added security, you also indicate the control number of the latter: the last 3 digits of the number on the back, near the signature.

You will receive an e-mail from us reminding you of the details of your order, and a credit card ticket confirming or invalidating your payment. For orders with a specific rate (large quantities), the procedure is the same.

Hermine Kashmir is committed to protecting the privacy of those using its website and the confidentiality of the information provided. We do not pass on any data about you to third parties or other companies. On the website, your data is encrypted as soon as you need to record confidential information and then transmitted.

In order to serve you better and to provide you with information about our new products and commercial actions, we reserve the right to send you a newsletter or to include you in e-mailing campaigns. We will arrange for your name and address to be removed from our list.

In accordance with the French Data Protection Act, you have the right to access and rectify any personal data concerning you, and to oppose the processing of such data. All you have to do is write to us online (contact@cachemire-hermine.fr) indicating your name, first name, e-mail address.

BY PLACING AN ORDER, YOU AGREE TO THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

If necessary, any dispute will be submitted to the Nanterre court.
