Exchange in Case of Defect

In the event that an item does not meet your expectations or presents a defect that may have escaped our inspection, we invite you to notify us within 30 business days of receipt. Following verification by our customer service team, we will proceed with an exchange at no additional cost, demonstrating our dedication to your satisfaction.

Exchange for Comfort

For customers wishing to exchange an item for comfort reasons—such as a different color or another model—Hermine de Pashmina offers exchange flexibility for up to 6 months after purchase. This policy also applies to sale items, with the option of a direct in-store exchange at no additional charge.

Return Procedure

Before returning any item, it is essential to contact us to explain the reasons for your request. Items must be returned via registered mail to ensure traceability until receipt by our services. Shipping costs related to exchanges are the responsibility of the customer, and no administrative fees will be charged. In the case of a refund request, the original shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer and cannot be refunded. Please note that returns sent without registered shipping cannot be subject to claims in the event of non-receipt.

Worn Items

Please note that worn items cannot be exchanged or refunded, in order to maintain our quality and hygiene standards for all customers.
